Admission Procedure

Step 1

IMPORTANT: Please use a computer to fill out the form.

If this is your first time using our online enrolment platform, please create an account with your email address.

Once your account has been created, you will be able to register different individual students, under their own personal profiles.

If you have already registered a student in the past, please log into your parental portal, using the same email address. If you have forgotten your password, you will be given the option to reset it. For confidentiality reasons, we are unable to check your password for you.

*Please note that in order to submit the application form you will be asked to provide the name of the health and accident insurance for your child/children as well as a scan of their first passport page.

Step 2

Upon receipt of the application form, we will inform you whether places remain available at the chosen camp(s).

If we can offer you a place, you will receive an application fee invoice of CHF 1,000.- per camp which allows us to proceed with your application.

This invoice should be paid upon receipt in order to secure a place.

Step 3

Upon receipt of the application fee, we will send you the invoice for the camp (including pocket money); should you wish to confirm your child’s place, we kindly request that you settle the invoice within 30 days of the billing date.

Step 4

Upon receipt of the full payment, you will receive:

  • general information on the camp (rules, clothing list, etc.).
  • the arrival/departure form.
  • the health questionnaire to be signed by your family doctor.

General Information

  • As places are limited, we recommend registering your child at your earliest convenience. Inquiries by telephone or in writing do not guarantee a reservation.
  • We accept payment by bank transfer or American Express (no Visa, Master Card, etc…)
  • Camp fees are quoted in Swiss francs; if a payment is made in a foreign currency, the exchange rate of the day of the transaction will be used. Any difference in favor of the payment will be credited, or, in the case of a shortfall, a further payment will be invoiced.
  • A place is reserved upon receipt of the application fee, then confirmed upon full payment. In accordance with our conditions a single full payment is required for enrolments made after 1st April.
  • Every year, a waiting list, which varies according to age and nationality (as we apply a quota system of no more than 15% of one particular linguistic and cultural group) is established; this waiting list does not guarantee that a place will open before the beginning of the camp. We give priority to the former Rosey Camps students.
  • All of our programmes in Rolle, Gstaad and Crans-Montana have a fixed duration. Students are expected to complete the full programme. Late arrivals or early departures cannot be accommodated.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw an application in case of incompatibility with the chosen camp: for example, health concerns impeding full participation in the programme, schedule conflict rendering the student unable to attend for the entire camp duration, request for time allocation for work unrelated to the camp…
  • If you require a visa to enter Switzerland, we recommend applying for a multiple-entry Schengen visa. Switzerland is part of Schengen States. Please read carefully the following link to determine if your child needs a visa to enter Switzerland: Swiss State Secretariat for Migration SEM
  • Should you be visiting Switzerland, we would be delighted to show you around our campuses in Rolle either or Gstaad.
  • Or meet us in your home country during one of Le Rosey presentations around the world.
