| THE AIMS AND SPIRIT OF THE CAMP |

Daily expeditions: learn how to appreciate nature, to rise to mountain challenges, learn how to respect the environment whilst discovering the Bernese Oberland and the Swiss Alps |

excursions around Switzerland: discover Switzerland's natural and cultural heritage |
 |
give responsibilities to young people by encouraging them to take initiative and decisions in order to develop leadership and team-building qualities |
 |
make students more aware of environmental concerns through the
“Green project” |

learn autonomy away from family. |

| At Gstaad My Adventure, you will: |
| Experience a multi-cultural atmosphere in a bilingual (French and English) environment. All this in the heart of one of the most beautiful regions of Switzerland.
Older, more mature students will be able to show responsibility and develop their leadership qualities as part of an adapted programme. Different challenges are met and overcome in group activities which bring to the fore qualities such as team spirit, initiative, inventiveness and friendship. |

Practise your
favorite sports
Tennis, swimming, table tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, uni-hockey, golf, ice-hockey, skating, football tournaments, climbing, mountain-trekking.

Experience unforgettable adventures
Hike up steep mountain paths, take on the challenge of Via Ferrata rock faces or try abseiling, cross rivers, visit Bern on a scooter, go canoeing in Fribourg, shop in Lausanne, see how Alpine cheese is made, spend a day at the Aquaparc or the Parc Aventures, or you can even try summer sledging, excursions on the glacier or camping in teepees.

WEEKEND ACTIVITIES
Children may spend the weekend off campus with their parents from Saturday 12.30 until Sunday 18.00. A varied programme is offered for students staying on campus: bowling, karting, cinema, discos on campus, shopping...
EVENING ACTIVITIES
At the end of such active days, there are more relaxing evenings, debates about the environment, films, arts and crafts, board games, indoor sports, etc.
END-OF-CAMP EVENING
The last evening is dedicated to the prize-giving ceremony and slideshow presentation followed by the traditional Farewell disco. Parents are welcome to attend on Thursday, July 19th 2012 at 20.00. |
