• No plane reservation, flight changes or visa applications can be made by the school during your child's stay with us.
• Medical costs, personal expenditures (e.g stamps, telephone, shopping, excess baggage, etc) along with transport costs if your child arrives on dates other than those specified as the official arrival and departure dates for camp, will be paid for from the CHF 400 pocket money sum included in the camp fee. Any outstanding previous invoices will also be paid for from this sum.
• UM (unaccompanied minor) fees must be settled by the parents upon purchase of the plane ticket. Any UM request must be confirmed with the airline and paid for before your child leaves for camp.
• Any request for an invitation pertaining to a visa application to Switzerland must be made using the form provided. This will be sent to you along with other documentation once camp fees have been paid. The invitation will be sent directly from Le Rosey to the embassy or Swiss Consulate concerned and a copy will be sent to parents for information.
• Teachers wearing Rosey uniform will be in attendance at Geneva airport; Le Rosey desk is situated in the Arrivals area. Transfers to and from Le Rosey are included in the camp fee as long as arrival and departure take place on the official dates of arrival and departure for camp. Transport to and from the airport on ulterior dates will be charged to the student (around CHF 120 for Rolle and CHF 500 for Gstaad or Schönried).
• Each item of clothing must be marked before camp with your child's family name and first name. Unmarked clothes will not be washed. Clothing which requires dry cleaning will not accepted for washing.
