You can come directly with your parents or we can come and meet you at Geneva airport and take you to your camp.
Can I share my room with a friend?
No problem, as long as you are the same age and, of course, boys and girl don't share! All you need to do is give the name of the person you would like to share with on the registration form.
How many people will I be sharing my room with?
All our rooms are twin with ensuite facilities. You can decorate your room to your taste; many summer camp students bring photos and their favourite cuddly toys.
What kind of clothes do I need to bring?
We'll email you a list to you of clothes and things we advise you to bring.
What is a typical summer camp day like?
This depends on the camp you choose. Generally speaking, you would get up at 8.00, have breakfast at 8.30 and then classes start. Lunch is at 12.30, then sports and activities start at 2.00. pm In the evening, we organize loads of exciting things for you to do…
What happens at weekends?
If you want to, you can go off campus with your parents until Sunday evening. If you are staying, we organize a whole variety of things for you to choose from such as adventure parks, Aquapark, karting and discos. We'll also give you the chance to go on excursions to get to know Switzerland.
Do boys and girls get to mix?
The boys' and girls' boarding houses are on separate campuses, but classes are mixed, as are most sports and activities.
Can I receive post at camp?
Of course! The post comes every day except Sundays. We encourage you to write regularly to your family.
Do I need to bring pocket money?
Pocket money (the amount depends on the camp) has been sent to the camp from your parents. You have the chance to take some out several times per week at the times announced.
What is the food like?
The menus, which are based on French-style food, always have a starter, a main course and a dessert. We often organize barbecues and themed food evenings. Breakfast is buffet-style and has lots of choice.
If you have registered at "The Excellence Camp", please note that late arrivals and early departures will not be accepted.
